At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original JW PEI packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bag is included.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
